Preparation Method :
- Soak tamarind in hot water and extract juice.
- Roast the pepper, dhania, jeera and asafoetida and grind into a fine paste.
- Roast mustard seeds in ghee and pressure-cook it with the masala paste, tamarind extract, curry leaves and salt for two whistles. Thicken Gravy over fire.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large-sized lemon tamarind
- A few curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoon ghee
- Salt to taste
Masala
- 4 tablespoon Pepper
- 4 tablespoon Jeera
- 2 teaspoon dhania
- 4 teaspoons Asafoetida
