BLACK PEPPER GRAVY

Preparation Method :

  • Soak tamarind in hot water and extract juice.
  • Roast the pepper, dhania, jeera and asafoetida and grind into a fine paste.
  • Roast mustard seeds in ghee and pressure-cook it with the masala paste, tamarind extract, curry leaves and salt for two whistles. Thicken Gravy over fire.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large-sized lemon tamarind
  • A few curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoon ghee
  • Salt to taste

Masala

  • 4 tablespoon Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Jeera
  • 2 teaspoon dhania
  • 4 teaspoons Asafoetida
