BEANS CURRY

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Chop beans very fine.                         
  • Grate coconut.
  • Heat water and required salt in a pressure-pan.
  • Toss beans over until it turns a rich green.
  • Close lid and cook for a whistle and open immediately to retain greenness.
  • Temper the mustard seeds and the red chilly and add to the vegetable.
  • Remove from fire and add grated coconut.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams of Beans
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • Red chilly halved
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut grated
  • 1 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
