Preparation Method :
- Chop beans very fine.
- Grate coconut.
- Heat water and required salt in a pressure-pan.
- Toss beans over until it turns a rich green.
- Close lid and cook for a whistle and open immediately to retain greenness.
- Temper the mustard seeds and the red chilly and add to the vegetable.
- Remove from fire and add grated coconut.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams of Beans
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Red chilly halved
- 2 tablespoon Coconut grated
- 1 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt to taste
