BANANA STEM CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Peel skin and chop banana stem into thin round slices, removing the fibre inside.
- Chop into small thin strips and soak in thin lassi.
- Slit green chillies into half.
- Grate coconut.
- Pressure-cook the vegetable in turmeric powder and salt.
- Half boil the moong dal and remove. For this, add very little water and remove by the first whistle.
- Heat oil, and allow mustard seeds to splutter; add the urad dal and golden fry. Add curry leaves and green chillies.
- Mix all ingredients and stir over fire for half a minute. Add grated coconut.
- Serve hot.

- 400 grams of banana Stem
- 100 grams of coconut
- 5 Green chillies
- 4 tablespoons moong dal
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon urad dal, small
- A few curry leaves
- 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
