BANANA IN YOGHURT GRAVY

Preparation Method :
- Grate coconut.grind with rice and green chillies.
- Peel off the outer skin of the banana with the help of a knife. Now slice into thin round pieces whilst rolling the fibre in the forefinger.
- chop into half inch thin pieces and soak in diluted lassi water.
- Beat yoghurt.
- Wash the vegetable in water and pressure-cook, with salt for a whistle.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan and roast the mustard seeds. Add the curry leaves and the cooked vegetables. Stir.
- Now add the yoghurt and the masala ingredients and stir over medium fire for 3 minutes.
- When it thickens remove from fire.
- Serve hot with rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams of bananas
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 500 ml of yoghurt
- A few curry leaves
- Salt to taste

- 500 grams of coconut
- 4 tablespoons rice
- 6 Green chillies
