Preparation Method :
- Grate coconut.
- Soak rice in hot water for 20 minutes.
- Grind it into a fine paste with coconut and Chillies.
- Beat yoghurt and Chop vegetable into medium square pieces.
- Pressure-cook ash gourd with salt for a whistle.
- Add the ground paste to the mixture.
- Allow mustard seeds to splutter in a teaspoon of coconut oil and add to the ash gourd mixture.
- Add yoghurt to the mixture and stir well.
- Remove from fire, and add the remaining coconut oil and curry leaves.
- Serve hot with rice.

- 1 kg ash gourd
- 500 ml of Yoghurt
- A few curry leaves
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1teaspoon mustard seeds
- Salt to taste

- 200 grams of coconut
