Preparation Method :
- Peel the Lotus stem and boil it in salt water.
- Dry the lotus stem keeping it on a cloth.
- Mash the lotus stem and add green chilies, coriander, breadcrumbs, salt, jeera, raw mango powder and red chili powder to it.
- Give a shape of ball and put a stick in the ball.
- Fry them in the oil.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams breadcrumbs
- 200 grams Lotus stem
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon chopped green coriander
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon Raw mango powder
- Sesame oil to fry
