Preparation Method :
- Combine the chick peas with all the other ingredients.
- Mash the chick peas and make into a coarse thick paste.
- Add sesame oil in it.
- Make the mixture into small round balls and flatten it in between the palm of your hands.
- Deep fry it in sesame oil, until golden brown.
INGREDIENTS
- 450 grams Chick peas (cooked)
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
- 3 teaspoon Parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
- 3 tablespoon All purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- IDHAYAM Sesame Oil for frying
