DAL WRAPS

Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

For wrap

  • Mix all ingredients to make batter.
  • Heat griddle and make 7 dosas. Keep aside.

For Filling

  • Heat oil. Saute onions and capsicum till glazed.
  • Add paneer cubes, jeera powder, chilli flakes, pepper and salt to taste.
  • Mix together and cook for 2 minutes. Add lime juice and remove.
  • To assemble wraps
  • Take a dal dosa. Spread ketchup or chutney. Fill with the paneer masala. Roll it up. 

INGREDIENTS

For the wrap

  • 200 grams dal powder
  • A little more than one cup water
  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

For the filling

  • 300 grams cubed paneer
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small capsicum chopped
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • A pinch of jeera powder
  • A pinch of pepper powder
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Favourite chutney or ketchup
