For wrap
- Mix all ingredients to make batter.
- Heat griddle and make 7 dosas. Keep aside.
For Filling
- Heat oil. Saute onions and capsicum till glazed.
- Add paneer cubes, jeera powder, chilli flakes, pepper and salt to taste.
- Mix together and cook for 2 minutes. Add lime juice and remove.
- To assemble wraps
- Take a dal dosa. Spread ketchup or chutney. Fill with the paneer masala. Roll it up.
INGREDIENTS

- 200 grams dal powder
- A little more than one cup water
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- Salt to taste
For the filling
- 300 grams cubed paneer
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 small capsicum chopped
- ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes
- A pinch of jeera powder
- A pinch of pepper powder
- A few drops of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Favourite chutney or ketchup
