CRISPY COLOCASIA FRITTERS

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a wok or pan; dip the colocasia balls into the batter and then carefully, lower them into the wok in batches.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on medium heat or until crisp; remove with a slotted spoon and drain on absorbent kitchen towels. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking oil for frying
Colocasia Balls - Mix together and shape to balls
- 550 grams Colocasia, boiled, mashed
- 1 tablespoon Yogurt
- 6 Green chillies, chopped
- 1" Ginger, chopped
- A pinch Asafoetida
- Few sprigs of fresh Green coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
The Batter: Semi-Thick Batter
- 50 grams Gram flour
- 100 grams, Refined flour
- 50 grams Rice flour
- A pinch Baking soda
