Preparation Method :
- Mix the potatoes, sweet corn, spring onion, chillies, corn flour, salt and garam masala in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
- Heat pan with ghee and add the potato mixture and cook for 3 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool.
- Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and using a thick seekh (metal skewer), press each portion of the mixture on it with your fingers to make a long kebab.
- Brush each kebab with the sesame oil and chilli mixture and cook them over a charcoal or electric barbeque till they are evenly get cooked.
- Serve hot.

- 250 grams mashed potatoes
- 50 grams grated sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons chopped spring onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green chillies
- 1 ½ tablespoon corn flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoon ghee
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil mixed with 2 teaspoon chilli powder for brushing

The pic looks delicious but since when does one add Ghee to Seekh Kebab - not very healthy. Also there is more potato than corn. I would stick to a proper seekh kebab and not such distortions! But I would still be willing to try it out
