BATTER FRIED CAULIFLOWER

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the florets in a marinade for about 25-30 minutes.
- Mix gram flour with half a cup of water into a smooth batter. Adjust seasoning with salt and red chilli powder.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan; dip the florets in the batter and lower gently into the hot oil; fry for about 1-2 minutes on low heat. Remove using a slotted spoon.
- When the florets are cool, cut it into pieces.
- Skewer the pieces and roast in a tandoor for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Baste with oil while roasting. Remove from skewers and serve with cucumber and tomato wedges.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Cauliflowers, broken into florets, washed, dried
- 50 grams, Gram flour
- 100 grams Tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking oil for frying and basting

- 2 teaspoon Chaat masala
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Salt to taste
