Preparation Method :
- Soak the all pulses in the water for 3 hours.
- Grind the above to a paste.
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl and add water to make a smooth dough.
- Heat a pan with oil, add garlic and finely chopped onion. Add paste, salt, cumin seeds and coriander powder and fry in high flame for a minute.
- Fill the above mixture into dough and seal it properly.
- Steam the dough in a steamer for 30 minutes.
- Take it out from the steamer and Serve hot.

- 400 grams wheat flour
- 100 grams bengal gram
- 50 grams masoor pulse
- 50 grams green gram
- 50 grams black gram
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 sprigs Spring onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
