SPICY LAMB FRY

Serves :

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Soak badam and cashew for 15 minutes in warm water and grind it to fine paste.
  • Fry the rest of the ingredients in 2 teaspoon of oil and grind to paste with curd and required salt.
  • Mix the both the above pastes and coat well on each cube of the lamb pieces and roll it on crushed corn flakes. Let it dry for 15 minutes.
  • Deep fry it in Sesame oil.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Lamb, cubed
  • 20 grams Cashew
  • 20 grams Badam
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 4 Cloves
  • 6 to 8 Red chillis
  • 4 Cardamons
  • 1 inch Ginger  
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 100 ml Curd
  • 10 Small onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 50 grams Corn flakes, crushed
  • Sesame oil for frying
