SPICY FRIED FISH CUBES

Preparation Method :
- Clean the fish and remove any remaining bones. Cut into small cubes. Place in a bowl, cover and put into the refrigerator to chill.
- Add the garlic, crushed red chilies, garam masala and fresh coriander .Mix well.
- Peel the tomatoes by dropping them into boiling water for at least 30 seconds.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and gently peel off the skins.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the onion into thin slices. Put into a bowl and add the lemon juice and salt.
- Chop the tomatoes roughly and add to the onion mixture in the bowl.
- Blend the Onion, and tomatoes into a food processor or blender and process for about 20 seconds.
- Remove the fish from the refrigerator. Pour the contents of the food processor or blender over the fish and mix well.
- Add corn flour and mix until the fish pieces are well coated.
- Heat the oil in a wok, deep frypan or karahi . Lower the heat and add few fish pieces at a time.
- Turn them gently with a slotted spoon without breaking . Cook for about 5 minutes until the fish is lightly browned.
- Remove the fish pieces from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Keep warm and continue frying the remaining fish.
- This delicious dish can be served with apricot chutney and parathas.

- 750 grams cod fillet, or any other firm, while fish
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- 2 teaspoons crushed dried red chilies
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 200 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
