Preparation Method :
- Clean the fish.
- Mix the fish with salt, pepper, lemon juice, coriander powder, cinnamon powder, chilli flakes and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, Fry the fish pieces and drain it on kitchen towels.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, capsicum, and spinach, salt and saute well.
- Serve the fish with the sautéed spinach mix.
