SOUR CREAM FISH

Preparation Method :

  • Rub the fish with the juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Mix the cream with the paprika, the juice of the remaining lemon, mustard powder, salt and pepper and keep aside for half an hour.
  • Place the fish on a greased, flat, ovenproof baking dish and cover completely with the cream mixture. Put it hot oven, 200 °C (400 °F).
  • If the oven has a grill, place the fish farthest away from the grill, put the oven on low and switch on the grill. Cook for about 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams fish fillets
  • Juice of 2 large lemons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 ml cream
  • ¾ tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
