Preparation Method :
- Rub the fish with the juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper and set aside.
- Mix the cream with the paprika, the juice of the remaining lemon, mustard powder, salt and pepper and keep aside for half an hour.
- Place the fish on a greased, flat, ovenproof baking dish and cover completely with the cream mixture. Put it hot oven, 200 °C (400 °F).
- If the oven has a grill, place the fish farthest away from the grill, put the oven on low and switch on the grill. Cook for about 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Serve hot.
