Preparation Method :
- Blend the yogurt and onion mixture into the minced lamb and mix together with your hands.
- Divide the mixture into 10-15 equal portions. Roll each portion around a skewer, gently press all around.
- Grill the lamb kebabs under a preheated medium grill, baste with the oil occasionally.
- Sprinkle with chilli powder and serve with lemon wedges and a Raita.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams minced lamb, Apply the tenderizer and set aside
- 2 teaspoon meat tenderizer
- Chilli powder, to garnish
- Lemon wedges
- IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
Mix together
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
Yogurt- Spice Mixture- Ground to Smooth Paste
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 inch fresh ginger root, finely chopped
- 3-4 fresh garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- 1½ teaspoon garam masala
- Chilli powder and salt, to taste
