Preparation Method :
- Take a piece of aluminium foil in square shape, big enough to seal the fish pieces.
- In a bowl mix sliced ginger, lemon juice, crushed red chilli, coriander leaves, salt and the fish fillets.
- Take the aluminium foil and spread little sesame oil. Place the marinated fish fillet on it.
- Seal the foil by folding the edges.
- Heat a tawa with little oil in it, Place the parcel in it and cover with a lid. Let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Once it is done, open the parcel and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve it hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pieces Fish fillets
- 2 inch Ginger (sliced)
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Dry red chilli (crushed)
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (toasted)
- Salt to taste
- Aluminium foil
