SESAME FISH

Preparation Method :

  • Take a piece of aluminium foil in square shape, big enough to seal the fish pieces.
  • In a bowl mix sliced ginger, lemon juice, crushed red chilli, coriander leaves, salt and the fish fillets.
  • Take the aluminium foil and spread little sesame oil. Place the marinated fish fillet on it.
  • Seal the foil by folding the edges.
  • Heat a tawa with little oil in it, Place the parcel in it and cover with a lid. Let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Once it is done, open the parcel and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds.
  • Serve it hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets
  • 2 inch Ginger (sliced) 
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Dry red chilli (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (toasted)  
  • Salt to taste
  • Aluminium foil
