SESAME CRUSTED CHICKEN

Preparation Method :
- Combine chicken with marinade ingredients. Set aside for 3 hours.
- Beat eggs, flour, salt, green chillies and coriander together.
- Roll chicken in egg mixture, followed by sesame seeds.
- Bake at 220 degrees C for about 10 minutes, basting frequently with oil.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg boneless chicken - cut into 2"cubes
For the marination:
- 100 ml yoghurt
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon raw papaya paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 3 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
For Coating:
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tablespoon all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoon sesame seeds
- 6 green chillies, finely chopped
- 3 Tablespoon coriander paste
