SESAME CHICKEN KEBAB

Preparation Method :

  • Slice chicken breasts into strips and put into a bowl.
  • Add garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, crushed black peppercorns and lemon juice and mix. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan. Mix together white and black sesame seeds and place in a plate.
  • Coat the marinated chicken with these sesame seeds and shallow fry in sesame oil in the pan on a low heat.
  • Flip over and cook till both sides are equally done. Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala over it and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Chicken Breast
  • 3 tablespoon White sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Black sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garam masala
  • 4 Black peppercorns, crushed
  • 4 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Chaat masala
