SESAME CHICKEN KEBAB

Preparation Method :
- Slice chicken breasts into strips and put into a bowl.
- Add garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, crushed black peppercorns and lemon juice and mix. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Mix together white and black sesame seeds and place in a plate.
- Coat the marinated chicken with these sesame seeds and shallow fry in sesame oil in the pan on a low heat.
- Flip over and cook till both sides are equally done. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala over it and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Chicken Breast
- 3 tablespoon White sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoon Black sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon Garam masala
- 4 Black peppercorns, crushed
- 4 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- Chaat masala
