Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven at 2400 C/ 4750 F/ Gas 5.
- Mix minced meat, onion, green chilies and coriander leaves and grind into a fine consistency. Transfer into a bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the minced meat except oil and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal parts. Lightly wet your hands and pat the minced meat mixture onto skewers from the tip and shape them into kebabs.
- Repeat this process for the remaining portions of the kebab mixture.
- Cook the kebabs in hot griddle or tawa. Arrange the skewers on the griddle and cook them by basting with oil and turning them regularly until they are cooked completely.
- Slide the kebabs from skewers on serving plate.
- Serve hot with onion rings, lime wedges and coriander and mint chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Minced Meat
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 4 Green Chilies, Finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of Black pepper powder
- A pinch of White pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder
- A pinch of Ajwain
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut oil
To serve:
- 1 small Onion, cut into rings
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
