Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients given under marinade. Keep covered in the refrigerator to marinate for about 2 hours.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add the chicken pieces and stir fry on high flame till the chicken gets well browned.
- Add 2 cups water and cook for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
- Remove the pieces of chicken on to a serving platter and keep the left over stock in the bowl.
- To prepare the sauce: Mix all the sauces with the tomato puree and chilli paste in a small bowl and keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a non stick pan. Add garlic and stir fry till it just changes colour slightly.
- Add maida, stir for a few seconds, add the reserved stock with measured water, sauces and cooked chicken. Stirring continuously till thick. Adjust the seasonings. Remove from fire.
- Serve with boiled carrots, beans and fried potatoes.

- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 15 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped and crushed garlic
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon 8 - 8 sauce
- 3 tablespoon tomato puree
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon maida (plain flour)
- ½ teaspoon chilli paste
- 1 cube chicken super seasoning
