Preparation Method :
- Boil the potato, remove the skin, mash it well and keep aside.
- Beat the eggs with the egg beater.
- Add enough salt, mix well and keep aside.
- Cut the prawns into very small pieces.
- Heat a kadai / pan with oil.
- Put in the ginger garlic paste, onions and tomato.
- Fry well by mixing now and then.
- Add the prawn pieces and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then add the mashed potato, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt.
- Mix well and remove from flame.
- When the above mix gets cold, make cutlet shapes with the mix.
- Heat the dhosa pan with sufficient oil.
- Take a cutlet, dip in the beaten egg and bind with the powdered rusk and fry to a golden colour.
- Fry all the cutlets by following the above method.
- Keep them on a kitchen tissue to absorb the excess oil.

- 750 grams Potato
- 2 Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Tomato
- 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 teaspoons Coriander leaves
- 2 big Onion
- Salt to taste
- 500 mlIDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil
- 200 grams
- Powdered rusk
