PRAWN AND VEGETABLE KEBABS

Preparation Method :
- Place the chopped coriander, salt, chilies, lemon juice and oil in a food processor and process for 20 seconds to form a paste.
- Scrape the spice paste from the food processor and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Add the peeled prawns to the spices and stir to coat well.
- Set aside to marinate for about 20 -30 minutes ,Cover the bowl.
- Preheat the grill ,Arrange the vegetables and prawns alternatively on 5 skewers.
- Reduce the temperature of the grill and grill the prawn kebabs for about 5 minutes until cooked and browned, turn once.
- Serve immediately on a bed of mixed salad leaves.
