ORANGE-GLAZED CHICKEN WITH COUSCOUS

30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the orange juice and honey in a large bowl. Coat the chicken with this mixture. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  • Put the couscous in a medium bowl. Add the chicken stock and orange zest. Cover the bowl and let stand for 10 minutes, until the couscous has absorbed the liquid. Fluff up with a fork.
  • Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high. Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side. Slice the chicken and serve hot with the couscous.

  • Finely shredded zest and juice of 2 unwaxed oranges
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts, with skin on
  • 500 grams instant couscous
  • 400 ml chicken stock
