Preparation Method :
- Mix the orange juice and honey in a large bowl. Coat the chicken with this mixture. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Put the couscous in a medium bowl. Add the chicken stock and orange zest. Cover the bowl and let stand for 10 minutes, until the couscous has absorbed the liquid. Fluff up with a fork.
- Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high. Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side. Slice the chicken and serve hot with the couscous.
