Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C/gas 6). Remove any fat from the meat. Chop the meat, vegetables, and bread into large cubes or squares. Slice the sausages thickly.
- Thread the cubes of meat and vegetables onto steel or wooden skewers, alternating pieces of meat, sausage, vegetables, bread, and sage leaves.
- Arrange the skewers in a roasting dish and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the oil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, turning occasionally and adding beef stock to moisten as required. When the meat is well browned, remove from the oven and serve hot.

- 25 leaves fresh sage
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 100 ml sesame oil
- 150 ml beef stock
