Preparation Method :
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- Add the beaten eggs,the onion,the ginger, the garlic,the coriander leaves, the green chilies, the red chilli powder,the fennel seeds, the garam masala, the cashew nuts and the salt to the ground lamb and mix well.
- Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 325 °F.
- Divide the meat into 24 to 30 balls.
- Lay the foil sheet on the baking dish and place meat balls, half-an-inch apart from each other and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the baked meat balls for about two minutes.
- Serve hot.

- 500 grams of lamb, boneless, finely ground
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 inches of ginger, finely ground
- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves
- 2 green chillies,finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of coarsely ground red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1 egg
- 10 cashew nuts
- Salt to taste
- 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
