Preparation Method :

  • Dry grind cinnamon and cardamom together. Powder the pepper corns and nutmeg separately.
  • Mix all the ingredients except oil together in a bowl.
  • Marinate the chicken thighs in the above mixture.
  • Cover the bowl and leave it for 3 hours.
  • Cook the chicken in an oven for about 30 minutes. Brush the chicken with some oil and continue cooking.
  • Serve with onion rings with lightly drizzled lemon juice. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Chicken thighs
  • 3 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 5 Green Cardamom
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • 1 inch Cinnamon
  • 8 Pepper corns
  • 2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 medium sized Lemon
  • 200 grams Hung Curd
  • 3 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Salt to taste
