HONEY, GINGER AND GARLIC CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F/ Gas Mark 4.
- Place the drumsticks in a non-metallic ovenproof dish.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients, except the sesame seeds and pour over the chicken. Allow to marinate at least for 20-30 minutes.
- Cook the drumsticks for 15 minutes, basting occasionally. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

- 4 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
- 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crusheda
- 2 teaspoon runny honey
- 15 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
