GRILLED STEAK WITH TOMATO SALAD

Preparation Method :
- Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high. Cook the steaks for 10 minutes each, depending on how well done you like your steak. Remove from the heat. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Put the beef in a large bowl and cover with the smoky barbecue sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve the steaks hot on individual plates, topped with the tomatoes, onion, and olives.
