GRILLED CHICKEN WITH FIGS AND FETA CHEESE

- Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high. Brush the chicken and figs with the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken until golden and cooked through, 5 minutes on each side. Grill the figs for 5 minutes on each side until slightly softened.
- Toss the feta, arugula, and orange zest and juice in a medium bowl. Add the figs to the bowl and toss gently. Thinly slice the chicken and add to the bowl. Serve hot.

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 6 fresh figs, cut in half lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 200 grams feta cheese, cubed
- 200 grams arugula leaves
- Finely shredded zest and juice of 1 unwaxed orange
