Preparation Method :
- Prepare a smooth paste of onion, ginger garlic, green chillies, poppy seeds, cardamom, star anise and mace.
- Mix the paste and salt in minced meat and marinade it for an hour.
- In a kadai, add til oil.
- Put green cardamom in that, now make small balls with the marinated minced mutton and cover it with beaten hung curd.
- Place all the balls in oil. Let it cook on a medium flame with a lid for about 7 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander and serve with roti or paratha.

- 500 grams minced mutton
- 100 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 onion slice
- 2 inch ginger
- 10 garlic cloves
- 6 green chillies
- 2 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoon roasted channa powder
- 6 green cardamoms
- 1 star anise
- 1 Mace
- Salt to taste
- 200 ml Hung curd
