- Slit the casing of the sausages, and remove the meat. Cook in a pan with 1 cup water till the meat is cooked well and the mixture is dry. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes more, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning and add vinegar and salt.
- Slit the breads and fill with the sausage meat. Serve at once.
