Preparation Method :
- Mix all ingredients of the marinade together in a small bowl, rub the marinade on the fish and keep it aside for 20 - 30 minutes.
- While serving coat the fish fillets on bread crumbs and fry on medium heat till golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with tomato ketchup.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams white fish fillet - Rub lemon juice on the fillets and wash fish well and pat dry.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, some dry bread crumbs
- IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
Marinade
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 egg white
- A few coriander leaves - chopped
Tartar Sauce to Serve
- 75 ml mayonnaise
- 50 ml brown vinegar
- 1 tablespoon very finely chopped cucumber
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
