FISH KEBABS

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place a sieve over the hot water. Place fish pieces in the sieve. Cover the sieve and steam the fish for 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Remove the bones from the fish and wash well.
  • Add all the ingredients and shape into flat tikkis.
  • Shallow fry on a non stick pan till golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Rahu fish with bones, cleaned and washed 
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 
  • 25 grams green coriander - chopped
  • 2 green chillies - chopped 
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ¼ teaspoon chilli powder 
  • Salt to taste 
  • IDHAYAM Sesame Oil for shallow frying
