Preparation Method :
- Place a sieve over the hot water. Place fish pieces in the sieve. Cover the sieve and steam the fish for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Remove the bones from the fish and wash well.
- Add all the ingredients and shape into flat tikkis.
- Shallow fry on a non stick pan till golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Rahu fish with bones, cleaned and washed
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 25 grams green coriander - chopped
- 2 green chillies - chopped
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- IDHAYAM Sesame Oil for shallow frying
