Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken pieces in a bowl with lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper for about 5 hours.
- Coat each chicken piece well with All Purpose flour then dip in the egg and coat with the bread crumbs and Refrigerate.
- Heat oil in a low flame.
- Deep fry until it turns to golden brown. Drain on kitchen towels.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and coriander sprigs.
- Serve hot with a sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 flakes garlic - crushed
- Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
Coating
- 50 grams All purpose flour - seasoned with little salt, in a plate
- 1 egg - beaten with little water
- 100 grams dried bread crumbs, in a shallow plate.
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil for frying
