Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken wings with soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, chilli paste, salt, pepper and ajinomoto for 3 hours.
- Mix all ingredients of the batter.
- Heat oil in a pan. Dip the chicken wings in the batter and fry on medium hot oil till golden and crisp. Serve hot wings with chilli sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 chicken wings - made into lollipops
- 1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon chilli paste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Pinch of ajinomoto
- Salt to taste
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil for deep frying
- Lemon wedges and coriander to garnish
Batter
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon maida
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- Pinch of each - salt, pepper and orange red colour
