CRISPY BATTER-FRIED CHICKEN

Preparation Method :
- Combine garlic, ginger, coriander, chilies, cumin and onion in a blender and grind to a fine paste.
- Combine chicken with the ground paste, Worcestershire sauce, oil, salt and flour in a bowl. Mix well and coat the chicken with the ingredients. Set aside to marinate for 8 hours.
- Coat each piece of chicken with bread crumbs and dip in beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry both sides of chicken in low flame until it turns golden and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.

- 200 grams bread crumbs
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3-inch piece ginger
- 6 green chilies
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 tablespoons fresh coriander, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 heaped teaspoon all-purpose (refined) flour
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil for frying
