Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until soft.
- Add the ground coriander, turmeric, ginger and chilli, fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add little water if needed.
- Add the strips of chicken and cook, stirring, until browned all over.
- Add the chopped pepper, cover and simmer gently for 5-7minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Add the tomatoes, lemon juice and cook, uncovered, for about 2 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning with salt. Serve with lemon wedges.

- 1 inch piece fresh root ginger, finely chopped
- 1 green or red pepper, cored, deseeded and roughly chopped
- 50 ml Peanut oil
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 chilli, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges, to serve
