Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients with the chicken cubes and marinate in a cool place at least for an hour or 2.
- Place the chicken on a grill tray or in a flameproof dish lined with foil and baste with the oil.
- Preheat the grill to medium. Grill the chicken for about 20 minutes or until cooked, turn and baste. Serve with lettuce, onion rings, lime wedges and fresh coriander.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams chicken breast fillets, skinned, and cubed
- 150 ml plain yogurt
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh root ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 3 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh coriander, lime wedges, onion rings and lettuce, to garnish
