Preparation Method :
- Season the calf liver with salt and pepper and dredge in the flour, shaking off any excess.
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the calf liver and cook on one side until tender, 5 minutes. Turn and add the Marsala. Cook until tender, 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a heated serving dish. Serve hot with the mashed potatoes.

- 100 ml dry Marsala wine
