Preparation Method :
- Lightly pound the chops with a meat tenderizer to spread the meat as much as possible.
- Sprinkle with salt, and dredge in the flour, shaking to remove excess. Dip in the egg, then coat well in the bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan to 365°F (185°C). Fry the chops, turning often, until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops.
- Drain on paper towels and serve very hot.

- 100 grams all-purpose (plain) flour
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 200 grams fine dry bread crumbs
- 300 ml sesame oil, for frying
