BARBECUED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

Preparation Method :
- Mix grated onion, vinegar, puree, sauces, salt and chilli powder to prepare the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in this marinade at least for 3 hours.
- Heat oven on 180o C- 200°C. Place chicken on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add oil to the left over marinade and baste chicken pieces. Grill again for 10 minutes.
- Cook till the chicken is tender. Garnish with coriander sprigs and onion rings and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 9 chicken drumsticks, Wash and pat dry the chicken
- 100 ml tomato puree
- 50 ml tomato ketchup
- 1 onion - grated
- 25 ml vinegar
- 10 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and chilli flakes to taste
- 3 tablespoon of IDHAYAM sesame oil to baste
- Some onion rings and coriander to garnish
