Preparation Method :
- Mix cream, cheese, egg and corn flour to the curd in a mixing bowl.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the cheese mixture for 3 hours.
- Pre Heat an oven at 200°C.
- Thread the chicken pieces on skewers and grill them on the wire grill, turning once in between and basting with oil or butter. Cook till tender.
- Garnish with onion rings. Serve hot sprinkled with some chaat masala and lemon juice.
INGREDIENTS
- Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces.
- 8 boneless pieces, chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Green chutney and onion rings
1st Marinade
- Marinate the pieces with the first marinade for20 minutes.
- 2 tablespoon malt vinegar
- 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
2nd Marinade
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 75 grams thick curd
- 50 grams thick cream
- 50 grams cheddar cheese - finely grated
- 1 egg
