RAVA BREAD UPPUMA

Preparation Method :
- Chop green chillies finely.
- Grate coconut.
- Chop ginger and onions finely.
- Chop bread into medium small square pieces.
- Heat a tablespoon of ghee and splutter the mustard seeds.
- Add the hing, green chillies, ginger and onions. Fry until the onions are light golden in colour and than add the rava.
- Roast it for a minute and remove from fire. Keep aside.
- Roast the chopped bread in a little ghee until they are crispy and golden.
- Boil a 200 ml of water in a pan. Add salt, curry leaves and the half prepared rava mixture and grated coconut.
- Stir well and make sure that no lumps are formed. Add the garam masala and stir well again.
- Now add the prepared crispy bread with it and mix well.
- Serve hot as a tiffin.

- 300 grams Rava
- 8 slices Bread
- 8 Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 200 grams Onions
- 100 grams Coconut
- 1 teaspoon Hing powder
- 100 grams Curry leaves
- 100 gram Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
