Preparation Method :
- Soak the rice in water for 2 hours.
- Drain well and spread it on a kitchen towel.
- Grind the rice to make a powder. Sieve the flour.
- Heat a pan and fry the flour in medium flame for a minute.
- Sieve the urad dal flour and Fry for a while.
- Fry the grated coconut slightly.
- In a bowl, Mix rice flour, urad flour, grated coconut, sesame seeds, ghee, asafoetida and salt well. Add water and make it to a soft pliable dough.
- Make Small balls out of the dough. Keep it in kitchen towel for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and Deep fry the seedais in medium flame.
- Remove from the oil and keep it in a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.

- 200 grams Raw rice
- 2 tablespoon Urad dal flour
- 4 tablespoon Ghee/butter
- 2 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Asafoetida
- Salt to taste
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil for deep frying
- 3 tablespoon Grated coconut
