Preparation Method :
- Sieve the flours together and take it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add sesame seeds, salt and oil and mix well to make a dough.
- Divide the dough mixture into 2-3 equal portions.
- Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
- Use the long slit disc in the murukku maker and fill the dough in it and press the dough directly in to the oil.
- Fry them over medium-high flame until they turn golden brown in color.
- Remove from oil and keep it in a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
