Preparation Method :
- Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.
- Strain the rice and Spread it on a paper to dry.
- Heat the kadai without oil and fry the urad dhal to a very light brown.
- Grind the rice and urad dhal to a fine powder.
- Take a broad bowl. Put in the powdered rice and urad dhal, salt, gingelly seeds, Carom Seeds/Omam and butter.
- Mix well. Heat a kadai with oil.
- Place a multi mini dots shapped shaped disc in the murukku press, grease the insides of the mold, fill the mold with some of the prepared dough.
- Press the murukku press onto the hot oil.
- Fry till the murukkus get light brown in color.
- Take the murukkus out and keep them on a kitchen tissue to absorb the excess oil.
- Store in an airtight container and use.

- 100 grams Urad dhal
- 2 teaspoons Omam / Carom Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Salt
- 500 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil
- 2 tablespoons Gingelly seeds
