FRIED GRAM BALLS

Makes :
40 Pieces

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Scrape the coconut and keep aside.
  • Grind the fried gram to a very fine powder.
  • Grind the sugar separately.
  • Mix both the ground fried gram, sugar and coconut scrapings together and mix well.
  • Heat the kadai with a little ghee and put in to the fried gram mix and make balls.
  • Make balls with the remaining mix and ghee, following the above method.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Fried gram
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 100 ml ghee
  • ½ Coconuts
