Preparation Method :
- Cut the onions, green chillies and curry leaves to very thin pieces.
- Take the maida in a broad bowl.
- Put in the mixed green chillies, curry leaves, onions, salt and ghee.
- Mix well with hands to a thick consistency.
- Take a quantity of mixed maidha and keeps it on a chappathi rolling board.
- Flat with a roller to thin layer. Cut this to diamond shapes with knife.
- Heat the kadai / pan with oil. Put in the diamond cuts and fry them to light golden colour.
- Keeps them on a kitchen tissue and let them get cold.
- Store it in an air tight jar and use whenever needed.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams maida
- 8 green chillies
- Few curry leaves
- 2 big onions
- Salt to taste
- 500 ml IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons ghee
